SF Marketing Agency is a strategic marketing brand operated by Stan Consulting LLC, a California limited liability company. This privacy policy applies to the website sfmarketing.agency and describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you visit or use the site.

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form at sfmarketing.agency/contact, you provide information including your company name, role, email address, industry, approximate annual revenue range, description of the problem you are trying to solve, and approximate budget range. This information is transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the submission and delivers it to our internal email. We do not store form submissions in a database on this site. The data lives in email.

Analytics and usage data. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects aggregate traffic data at the infrastructure level, including page views, referrer, approximate country, and browser type. This data is processed by Cloudflare per their privacy policy. It is not tied to individual user profiles. We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any other client-side analytics or tracking pixel.

Cookies. We use only essential security cookies set by Cloudflare for bot management and security. We do not set advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or persistent first-party cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

3. How We Use Information

Contact form data is used solely to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. We do not add form submitters to marketing lists, newsletter sequences, or automated drip campaigns without explicit consent. We do not use form submission data for advertising targeting.

Aggregate Cloudflare traffic data is used to understand which pages are visited and from which geographies, for the purpose of improving the site. This data is not tied to individual users and is not used for profiling.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the third-party processors necessary to operate this site:

• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions for processing and delivery. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare provides hosting, CDN, and infrastructure-level traffic data. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Fonts serves font files from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may collect basic HTTP request data when fonts are loaded. Their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stan Consulting LLC, its clients, or the public.

5. Third-Party Processors

Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Processes contact form submissions on our behalf. When you submit a form on this site, your submission data is transmitted to Web3Forms servers and then forwarded to our email. Web3Forms does not store your data permanently on your behalf; please review their privacy policy for their current data handling practices.

Cloudflare (cloudflare.com). Provides static site hosting via Cloudflare Pages, CDN delivery, DDoS protection, and bot management. Cloudflare processes all traffic to this site at the network level and collects aggregate request data. Cloudflare may also set security cookies in your browser. Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This site loads web fonts from Google's CDN to render the Inter, Fraunces, and JetBrains Mono typefaces. When your browser loads the page, it makes a request to Google's servers for these font files. Google may log this request per their standard server log practices. No advertising or tracking functionality is involved in font loading.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email for up to two years from the date of submission. After two years, submissions are deleted unless an active engagement exists that requires ongoing access to the original inquiry. No other personal data collected via this site is stored by us directly.

Cloudflare's retention of aggregate traffic data is governed by their own policy. Google Fonts request log retention is governed by Google's policy.

7. Your Rights, California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used or shared.
